The ability to manage and lead other people begins with the ability to manage oneself. Efficient time and energy management or decision making are reflections of one’s inner calmness, of the ability to see things not through the personal point of view but the way they really are.

Drawing from Western psychology as well as from the Eastern Zen and Tao philosophies, Tao's Management workshop deals with the personal energy management of its participants. The workshop sessions will locate the places where energy leaks take place, and through a series of exercises these leaks will be identified and fixed. Doing that means clearing the inner world of the participants from automatic and un-aware patterns of behavior as well as from Ego interferences, which will consequently create the space in which managing happens by itself.

Tao's Management workshop creates this space with the unique seminar hall, the breath-taking view and the special atmosphere of Tao's center and of Paros Island. In this space, the participants of the workshop can focus on themselves and on the various components of their work-surroundings. The workshop schedule attends also the physical aspects of the personal energy management, and includes Tai-Chi and Body work sessions as well.

The workshop is given by Nissim Amon, Zen Master and Meditation teacher that conducts self development & management workshops as well as personal coaching for executives and organizations for over a decade.

The accommodation will be done in Petres hotel, a unique place that keeps high standards of hospitality and taste yet intimate and homey. The hotel is located 5 min. from Naoussa, the main town of the area, and 10 min. from Tao’s center. The hotel is equipped with swimming pool, restaurant, tennis court and more. Each room has an air-conditioner, telephone & T.V. set, and enjoys the sea-view of Naoussa bay and its surroundings.
